After working with Boise’s Gem State Communications, Lifeline is proud to have implemented the new LMS Version 7.75 Realtime™ Management Software and the Motorola award-winning Dealer has set the go-live date.
Lifeline Management Systems has recently signed a contract with Gem State Communications. They are based out of Boise, Idaho; and have a second location located in Caldwell, Idaho. Gem State has been partnered with Motorola; providing two-way radio sales, service, installation and maintenance for over 25 years. Their affiliation with Motorola includes designations as:
• Motorola Service Station (MSS) Status
• Full Line Dealer
• Radius Dealer
• Manufacturer’s Representative
• System Select Dealer
• Canopy Dealer
Gem State is a multi-year member of the Pinnacle Club, Motorola’s most prestigious dealer award based on sales goals. Motorola introduced their Motostar Excellence Award in 2005, this award recognizes dealers who achieve certain business markers during the year. Gem state proudly achieved this designation in its first year. Gem state puts their primary focus on public safety communication support and has been closely involved in the communication network and facility upgrades of Ada County Sheriff, Canyon County Sheriff, Baker County, the City of Ontario, Boise County, Washington County and Adams County; to name a few.
